News : Neighbourhood watch failure...

STORM AND RAPE IN SINNERS BAY!

A woman, who will remain unidentified, was raped and assaulted in Sinners Bay a few days ago. It came to the papers attention when the woman, obviously traumatized, came to the Daily Sinners office after receiving no response from a police report she had filed with the SBPD.

The woman told the DS reporter she had an apartment in the down town area, recently rented, and was moving in when a man came to the door about 6PM. He stated he was the building inspector, and wanted to check her door to see if it was installed properly, as he was already in the area. This gained him entry into the apartment where he then raped and assaulted her. The paper mentions his approach, so as to forewarn others of this ruse.
The paper then contacted a Deputy for the woman, and accompanied her and Deputy Click to the scene. It is assumed the mater is now under full police investigation.

A violent, but small area wise, storm, or tornado, came through SB earlier, causing considerable damage where it passed!

When the Daily Sinner reporter came upon the scene, an unidentified woman was there, and local resident Mr. Putzo, who was there trying to see how to remove a large wooden timber that had been pushed through a window.

According to Mr. Putzo -
"after the storm that had caused very little damage elsewhere in the bay, the city engineers came to lochness Ilse.
The previous tenants had left the municipal building in a shocking state of repair, and the tornado had wrecked havoc.
The bridge lay in pieces floating on the water a nuisance to shipping and wildlife.
Structural elements had cascaded all over, one piece of supporting structure, inexplicably, coming to rest, through the window of no. 2 Sinners Bay. The engineers could find no trace of the previous owners, except for a few unpaid bills, from a Mrs Putzo. Although the address was illegible, they passed the problem to the municipal legal department and debt collectors." The next photo is by Mr. Putzo.

Also, the same day, a bomb or terrorist bomb threat was reported at the hospital, but no more information is available at this time.
